Hi takeiteasy62

I'll need to get the installer log files from you to troubleshoot the error.  Please upload the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserID>\Local Settings\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

Thank you.

Kelly,

Answer to Option 1 .... Yes

Answer to Option 2 .....No

Answer to Option 3 .....At this stage prefer to troubleshoot with help from Maria having uploaded log files. If this fails then will look at the Beta recently released January 18 2017.

Maria

I have replied by e-mail posting the link as requested and await your reply to help me to get up and running again.

Hi takeiteasy62

Thank you for posting the log files.  I do see an error I'm not familiar with and will need to forward the log file to the online installer team for further review.  In the mean time, please provide the following information:

  • Do you use anti-virus software, if so, which one (including version)
  • Do you use a web proxy tool, such as Wireshark, Charles Proxy, etc?

Thank you.

The online installer team is still reviewing the information.  In the mean time, you can try the offline installers posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier  page, in the 'Still having problems' section.
