Hi

Can anybody tell me why when I try to access the stock images page that I only get a blank screen? Regardless wether I look for an image or try to register to upload an image I click the relevant link, a new web page opens and states that its the adobe stock page in the web address but all I have is a completely blank page! Have I got something setup wrong?

Thanks in advance

I have the same issue on Windows 7. Updated Adobe CC and Chrome/Firefox.

My Windows 10 machine is fine. I tried workaround and still nothing. Complete blank screen. What in the world is this all about? It's the only part of the Adobe site I can't see and coincidentally the only one I actually need right now as I need to download stock images for a project ASAP.

Maybe there's away to adjust the site so that it isn't blank. This is painfully annoying.

Hi RR, there are two workarounds listed in the link above. Did you try both of them?

Yes. Funny thing. It works all of a sudden after restarting browser for 5th time. Just out of the blue. Weird.

Strange, but now I can work. Thanks!
