Animate free Trial

I made a new Profile for adobe today and wanted to test Adobe Animate i then downloaded it and it said that my free trial was already over.Couldsomeone help my with this?

you can start a trial on another computer.

at the end the user still couldn't get a 7 day trial, and so the Adobe Staff member suggests using customer care to resolve the problem.
