Email form not working

I've been waiting to receive a demo from an artist who has firstly contact us on instagram.The email hasn't arrived yet, therefore I've tried to use the contact form by myself. This is when I've understand that it is actually not working. How is it possible?

email address is working correctly (in and out box) and it has same domain name:  info@camille3000.com

Correct, in my case I'm using a godaddy hosting. The email goes to the spam folder, but it's now working.
