Need a script that will run a GREP search and insert the found text into anchored text frame.

I'm looking for a script that will run a GREP search and insert the found text into an anchored text frame that is immediately preceding the found text.

The closest thing that I have found is this script at this link: Find and move text to existing anchored frame​

Here are the steps I would like it to perform

1. find text between brackets
2. move found text into anchored text box that is already in the text immediately preceding the bracketed text
3. Have text take on the paragraph style that is applied in the box (this step is optional)

I am using InDesign CS6 on Windows 7.
