As a designer  if I am designing social media content to be posted for a company that is not mine, and using a stock photo with a standard license, is it ok that I own the rights to the photo and use it in this companies ad - or does the company need to own the rights to the photo?

Similarly, If creating brochures for another company, using different photos of course - does the company need to have the rights/license to these photos or is it ok that I do?
