How do I cancel my CC subscription? Wie kündige ich mein CC Abo?

I´ve been trying to cancel my CC student  subscribtion but the "cancel subscription" button listed on the support page does not exist in my settings.

On the support page is a box that says this might be the case, but if I click on the support button for that it just leads me back to the support page I was on before.

PLEASE HELP!!

Ich habe versucht mein CC Schüler Abo zu beenden, aber der "Abo kündigen" Knopf, den man auf der Support Seite sehen kann existiert nicht in meinen Konto Einstellungen. Auf der Support Seite steht auch, dass dies der Fall sein kann. Dazu gibt es auch einen Link ("Wenden sie sich an uns"), aber wenn ich da drauf klicke, komme ich nur wieder zurück zur homepage vom Support.

HOWEVER

You need to contact support... I'm not 100% sure but I think the Education subscription is for a mandated year (at a special price) so stopping early will have a penalty
