PS is adding color labels to every image after editing; not wanted - Duplicate Locked

Hello,

Something new and perplexing; at least to me.

Now, when I take images from LR and select "Edit In PS", then select "Edit copy with LR adjustments" but when I am finished editing in PS and I save the new PS edited image back to LR, the image is there with its edits BUT a color label has been added to the image that I did not add myself and do NOT want on the image.

I am using the latest version of the photograph suite of LR CC and PS CC.  I am on a PC using Windows 7 64 bit.

Can someone explain why and more importantly, how to stop this unwanted adjustment.

Thanks,

Mel
