Fade in 'black flash' glitch?

I'm trying to rush out a video in Premiere Pro CC & I'm encountering a new problem.

I'm using a cross dissolve to fade in on titles & there's one frame of black at the beginning of the dissolve.

I can change the length of the dissolve and it fixes, but after hunting down the next one, the previous one glitches again.

It's like Whack-A-Mole!

I've disabled Composite in Linear Color, restarted, tried Additive Dissolve, rendered the titles, not rendered the titles, but nothing is working.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks.

Are the titles the same size and frame rate as the sequence?

Well, I can't think of anything to explain that behavior.  Something got glitched.  You can try out the troubleshooter, see if anything helps.

Unofficial Premiere Pro Troubleshooting Guide

You can also install my Film Fade presets and use those instead of the included transitions.  Might work better.

Thanks
