Up until recently, I had Lightroom for iPhone on my iPad. On an update, it gave me the option to amend it to lLightroom for iPad, which I did!

now I have an updat3 showing for Lightroom CC, which, when clicked, throws up a message stating that this program is not compatible with this device?

So...... how do I get rid of the update? (Which also says compatible with IOS 11

From what I can tell, Lightroom is now only compatible with iPad Pro models.

From what can you "tell" that? Read it on Facebook, maybe?

The new Lightroom CC runs just fine on my standard-size iPad Air 2 Retina, which is three-years old.

We can‘t all afford new iPads Adobe!!!

Does it make any sense at all to you when I say that one should get their facts straight before speaking?

You have to identify your iPad model number and the version of iOS it is running before anyone can help. Is it running the latest iOS (iOS 11.0.3)? If not, start by upgrading to the latest iOS.

Actually, the model number is in very fine print under the word iPad on the back of the iPad. Anyway, it would seem that an iPad new enough to run iOS 11.0.3 ought to be able to run Lightroom CC. I have to assume that there is something that I don't know about your system.

Ok, so I’ve eventually found time to get the model number, it’s an A 1474 iPad Air (Mk 1)

I’m running the latest os 11.2.2

i deleted Lightroom CC and when I went to use the ‘normal’ Lightroom, I was told I needed to download Lightroom for iPad. It installed Lightroom CC

Yet there is still the ‘Update for a lightroom CC’ showing?

When I click install, it tells me I can’t As it’s not compatible with this apparatus?

So, how the feck do I remove this update notification???

I’m going to remove both Lightroom programs, and use Photoshop instead!!!

but I will be so happy to get rid of this update notification!!!
