I have tried all your advice, still no good, I used to be able to watch flash videos after reinstalling Flash Player everytime I started my computer but after taking your advice I now cannot even get Flash to install, I go through the process and it informs me that it has been installed successfully but the animated cubes do not appear and it will not play any Flash content. I have uninstalled Flash and the plug in, and even ensured that ActiveX Filtering is off as one suggestion, re installed them many times but to no avail, I am running Windows 7 and a 64 bit processor. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

thank you,

Allan Dixon

I have been using Internet Explorer 9, but out of desperation today I installed Firefox and it seems to be working fine, so looks as if this is where the problem lies.
