I forgot to add, operating  system is Wiundows 7 Home Premiun 64 bit with Internet Explorer 9.

I tried to download and print my utility bill which is done with Flash Player and on my Email service, and it said to download Flash Player, which I already had.

But ... your utility bill comes as a Flash file; are you sure?  Not a PDF perhaps, which requires Adobe Reader.
