Downloaded flash player; restarted everything; still nothing

1. Downloaded flash player many times. Nothing.

2. Set Internet Explorer security settings as directed; Nothing.

3. Uninstalled Flash Player; downloaded and installed again; Nothing.

4. Windows 7 operating system.

5. Videos from the Internet keep asking to install Flash Player

Thanks for the help. It was both the Flash had to be enabled in the Manage Ad On and the Filter Active-X had to be turned off.

What nonsense.
