YEs, that's an Adobe download... but... it also contains McAfee Security Scan.

Use either of these instead:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

If you received a notification dialog indicating an update was available (similar to the screenshots in this tech note), then it does appear to have come from Adobe.  You can install from the download link on that page, or use the off-line installers Mike links to.
