Hi. I'm trying to fix this problem on my boyfriend's computer.

Occasionally when running flash player it will crash his graphics driver, displaying a green screen where flash player was and programs like Skype will become unusable and require a restart.

I updated his graphics drivers (manually downloaded the update from the manufacturer's website) and it seems to be occurring less frequently, but it still happens.

I was hoping maybe someone could help me fix this problem. Here is a screenshot of his dxdiag:

Flash player version: 17.0.0.169

This is what it looks like after drivers crashes:

I checked temperatures at the time of the crashes and they are normal. Help much appreciated.

I forgot to mention, I already tried disabling hardware acceleration and it doesn't fix the problem.

Hi,

Please check whether your graphic drivers are up to date:

Windows: how do I update the device driver for my video/display adapter?

Thanks
