Having Trouble Watching Videos on Youtube

This is a problem that's becoming so irritating. I have looked everywhere and couldn't find people with the same problem. My safari stops showing youtube videos after installing flash player. I uninstall it and the video works fine. As soon as I install it again, the video get frozen in the very beginning causing the Safari to freeze as well. I need to use flash player since I an avid user of Adobe Connect. I have tried emptying cache and history, uninstalling and re-installing flash player and neither of them worked.

Please let me know what I can do to stop this. Thanks!
