My computer crashed and I lost all photoshop CS4 and CS5 extendend products.

I am trying to reinstall but can not find the Akamai NetSession Download Manager. How can I reinstall these products? I have the serial numbers and have downloaded the Photoshop 12_1_LS1 file but the install will not start. I have even double clicked on the file. When doing this it goes through the same process. This happened to me last September and I had no problem reinstalling.

My understanding is that Windows downloads consist of TWO files... a compressed data file and an EXE that you run to extract and run the install program
