Creative Cloud asking to begin a free trial

I have a package that includes Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Acrobat etc. After I accept the update and I initialize the Programs, two of them (Illustrator and After Effects) only let me to go with Free Trial - but my payments are up to date. Does anyone know how to fix it? I have signed out and back again but it didn't help.
