Could you please confirm is it Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app that you have installed on you iPad?
Try rebooting the devices and see if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the application again.
Let us know if that works.

Please check iOS Settings > Adobe Acrobat > Version.

In general, I do not recommend uninstalling and reinstalling any iOS apps. If you uninstall Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad, you will lose all of your PDF documents and preferences that are locally stored on your iPhone or iPad.
Hello. Further to our emails. It's my PDF pro that didn't open the documents as you can see from the ones I forward to you. I downloaded abode acrobat reader. That works fine. But as soon as I try with PDF pro. Which worked perfectly fine before. Now I just have blank pages ??? Please help
