Full version not working.

today ive downloaded creative cloud on my pc ive did i before and then i just go the full version not he 7days trial but i deleted it because it always say after some days something was missing and then i needed to re install it then i just skipped it and now after a while i wanted to install it on the same computer and now i can only get the 7 days trial ive tried to re install adobe creeative cloud but it doesnt work. http://prntscr.com/dkohhl

make sure you're using the correct adobe id and your account shows you have an active subscription, Adobe ID

if your subscription is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails, Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?
