Trying to purchase $9.99 license for Photoshop and Lightroom - but defaults to US

Each time I try to purchase the license for the Photoshop and Lightroom advertised as $9.99 - it defaults to US, requesting a US postcode when I try to pay. This is even though my profile is set to New Zealand region.

Any idea how to change that?

Providing all the information I have, because you really need Adobe to fix this problem

Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information

-right down to how you spell and punctuate the parts of your name and address
