Multiple "Sign in As" when trying to digitally sign a pdf?

I run Adobe XI on a PC. When I go to digitally sign a .pdf document, besides my sign in name, there are about 100+ .com, .net, .org's listed under my name. What causes this and how can I delete them?

It won't allow snipping tool to take a screen shot of the list of multiple "Sign As" when clicking down arrow to the right. I have to select one sign in only to be able to screen shot.

They appear to be from a fiddler2.com.
