    Creative Cloud Desktop App will not take my login

      Just recently my Creative Cloud Desktop App will not take my login although all my Adobe programs do take take my login as does the Adobe website.

      When I sign in it says "You've been signed out" Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Sign in again with you Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe apps.

       

      I have gone to the totaly inadequate support area on the Adobe site and reqardless of the info I checked I was just sent through an endless loop of pages with no possibility of contact by phone.

       

      I would really like some advice. I have several images on the Adobe photos that I had downloaded comps of and not need to purchase for my project.
