I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.
I did go through your account details and noticed that you have Adobe Stock 10 images a month (one-year) plan which was purchased on 21st February 2017. Currently, your subscription has been suspended(due to payment issues) and that is the reason you were unable to self-cancel your plan.
