Hi rumajj,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to launch Acrobat, is that correct?

Try resetting Acrobat's preferences for the user using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.  reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.

Also, try the troubleshooting steps given in the following thread discussing similar topic: Acrobat DC Crashes - Initializing registration

Let us know if you need any help.

We were also having the same problem and it turned out it was our firewall that was blocking communication to the registration servers. (Blocked based on geolocation outside the US)

David, how did you determine this? I'm wondering if we're facing the same issue as we're using a proxy. Deleting the SLFolder thing someone else did didn't work for me.
