Jeff,

I have a license for InDesign CC 2015 and am receiving a Sign In dialogue box every time I launch. When I click "sign in" the license manager seems to sign me in, and I get a confirmation box that says that I've been signed in. Then nothing. The application does not launch. Then the Sign In dialogue box returns. Rinse and repeat. The application never launches. I'm on a MacBook Air running 10.9.5...

I've tried a number of the folder renaming solutions mentioned above and they don't work at all for me.

Help?
