what https://www.codegeek.net/services/resources/flash-player-test-page/  shows?

flash 9 is 9 years old!!!, you certainly use a website that never fixed their code since years.

To provide assistance, please provide the following:

  • Operating system version
  • Web browser and version
  • Flash Player version
  • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
  • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

Also, note that all major browser versions block Flash by default.  So you may have it installed, but the content isn't detecting it as being installed.  See https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html for links to instructions to enable Flash in the various browsers.

LATEST

For clarity, there's some JavaScript on that page that has "Upgrade to Flash Player 9" hardcoded.  It was probably the right message, way back around 2006, but "upgrade to the latest Flash Player" would probably have had more longevity.

In this instance, it's probably just detecting that Flash Player isn't running and is assuming that it's not installed.  In 2018, it's more likely that your browser is blocking Flash Player by default, and you need to allow it to run.
