Yes, if you are a customer of Business Catalyst and have a website hosted on our platform, you can submit a ticket to us.

If you are unfamiliar with this, please simply open the link here for our Contact Us form:

https://www.businesscatalyst.com/contact

This will create a ticket for the accounts team.  Provide us with as much information as possible relating to your site so we can locate it on our system and we will then be able to help you with your specific query.
